Yes, to lose weight you have to calculate your daily diet and do workouts accordingly. Eat all-important nutrients that are required for a body. Protein is very important for energy so eat protein bars and drink shakes as well. Don't quit fat because fat is also important for our body so eat good quality fat, however, carbs are more troublesome than fat.
